POSTS
I. Keep posts relevant to the forum you are currently in.
II. Bumps and anything in replacement or in a similar use are unnecessary and is considered spam. Spam should only be posted in the Yapper forum.
III. Harassment is not permitted anywhere on Foxart.net. If you are asked to leave someone alone, please do.
IV. No over use of abusive language or swearing. Freedom of speech is allowed, but please don't get carried away, respect others wishes.
V. Anything excessively vulgar, explicit or hateful will promptly be deleted. This includes images of pornography, cartoon and real, regardless if it is in "good taste".
VI. Endorsing illicit activities or encouraging crime is not permitted. This includes illegal "warez", mp3s, stealing images or other copyrighted materials.
VII. Sexually explicit posts may be deleted. Cybering is absolutely not allowed. This also includes slave threads, threads using an excuse to remove clothing, implied cybering and/or suggesting to move elsewhere (in this forum or not).
VIII. Trolling and flaming is not allowed in the slightest, even a limited amount of this may result in a loss of your account.
IMAGES
I. Signatures limits are 300 x 300 pixels, 80,000 bytes and must not have any sexually explicit, hateful or vulgar images. Your signature will be removed temporarily if you do not follow this rule. Further breaches will result in a permanent loss of signature and if necessary, account.
II. All images must be kept PG-13. Tasteful nudity and other borderline images will judged on a case-by-case basis.

Grounds for banning include:
* Scamming.
* Hacking.
* Trolling, Flaming.
* Impersonating an Administrator or Moderator.
* Continual breaches of the rules.

As a precaution, always log off after every session to prevent others from logging in under your account. Under NO circumstances will any Foxart Forum Administrator or Moderator ask your password. NEVER tell your password to ANYONE.

Terms of Service

 The use of this forum is "as is". Administration are not responsible for any messages posted. Messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this board. While some people may not follow the rules, they will be punished in a manner that suits the breach. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email.

While using this forum, users may not:

I. Upload, post, email, graphically portray or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
II. Provide links to software viruses, any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or otherwise affect the functionality of computer software and or hardware.
III. Upload, post, email, link, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have the rights to.
IV. Fake headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content - known as "Spoofing".
VI. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, "junk mail", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form.
VII. Disrupt the flow of the forum. Including: causing a screen to stretch, posting an excessively large picture (ie over 400kb) causing problems for modem users.
VIII. Intentionally post inflammatory statements to get responses (Trolling), continually abuse or harass other users on a persistent basis (Stalking) or make any threats - real or otherwise.
